The objective of this course is to provide the knowledge needed to assist tax preparers in advising their clients (with employees or S-Corporation) on the purpose and benefits of starting an Accountable Plan. This type of plan can be initiated to help alleviate the expenses employees sometimes have to pay as a part of their jobs due to the fact that most employees can no longer use Form 2106 to deduct these expenses on their tax return.
